Pain Relief Specialist

Are you looking for help with your low back, neck, or foot pain? This work is where I shine!

I have been a practicing therapist for 9+ years and help people like myself with chronic pain. After my whiplash injuries from multiple car accidents, I honed my craft while learning to work on myself.

Specialized training in TMJ massage, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, SI joint dysfunction, & back pain helps me get you back to a pain free life quickly.

My work is a blend of Thai massage and bodywork combined with yoga therapy, pain science and a large dose of common sense.

My goal isn’t to keep you coming back. I work to help you improve so you can live your pain free life.

For many clients after 2-3 sessions they’re able to reduce their pain significantly and move to maintenance sessions to improve quality of life.

Studio sessions

My sessions are 2 - 4 hours long & include:

Trigger Point Therapy

Pain relief provided from work to targeted tender areas to get your body to relax and stop sending pain signals.

Active Engaged Movement
Precise movement-based therapy to restore mobility, improve range of motion, and relieve chronic pain caused by overuse and tension.
Pin & Stretch

A deep tissue method using tension and active stretching to release tight muscles, restore mobility and relieve soft tissue pain.

Myofascial Release

Gentle, sustained pressure on fascia to release restrictions, reduce pain, improve circulation, and restore natural movement and function.

Yoga Therapy
Precise movement-based therapy to restore mobility, improve range of motion, and relieve chronic pain caused by overuse and tension.

The work is also deeply relaxing. My gentle approach including rhythmic compression often surprises people as it rocks people to sleep.

About Me

I graduated from the Lauterstein-Conway School of Massage in 2010. In the first three years of my licensure, I focused exclusively on traditional table massage. However, over the past 6+ years, I have trained extensively in Thai mat bodywork. This experience has shown me just how effective and long-lasting the results can be for my clients.

Over the last four years, I have fully transitioned my practice to mat-based bodywork and have over three years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapy Instructor. My specialized training includes techniques for TMJ intraoral massage, carpal tunnel relief, sciatica management, and addressing SI joint dysfunction and piriformis syndrome, among others.

Having undergone multiple rounds of physical therapy for cervical disc injuries from past car accidents, I have gained valuable insights and techniques for managing neck pain. My background as an athlete has also informed my approach to therapy. These experiences have shaped my philosophy as a therapist and how I work with clients.

Thai mat bodywork is a fantastic option for anyone looking to feel better, faster. I have a particular affinity for working with athletes and individuals recovering from injuries, as I can personally relate to those challenges. However, my services are beneficial for a wide range of clients, including desk workers, stay-at-home parents, retirees, and former athletes.

Life is too short to live in pain. If you can commit to incorporating mindful practices such as stretching, foam rolling, hydration, and body self-care into your daily routine, I am confident that together we can achieve your wellness goals.
